TRANSFER / REOPENNING OF SERVICE LINE (APPLIED)

 

REQUIREMENTS :

 

1. Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) with signature or valid ID

2. Special Power Of Attorney if applicant is not the owner

3. Location sketch of the property

4. Existing meter will be recalibrated and will be replaced if found to be defective

5. Payment

 

RECONNECTION of accounts disconnected due to delinquency

 

REQUIREMENTS :

 

1. Full settlement of outstanding accounts and payment of fees

2. Location sketch of the property
