PROCESS FLOW:
1. Secure the necessary requirements from the CS Clerk depending on the type of service applied.
2. Pre-inspection will be conducted by our inspector the day after its submission of all requirements to determine the location of the house/building, nearest tapping point, Stub out ID no., sizes of pipes & fittings, and the required excavation for the laying of pipes.
3. Inspector will advise to proceed processing of application if all requirements are met.
4. Applicant will process the application to the CS clerk and pay the required guarantee deposit and fees.
5. Accounting section will check records to clear said application.
6. Issuance of necessary materials including water meter.
7. Final inspection by Inspector.
8. Approval of Water Service Contract.
9. Installation. (next working day after payment)
WHERE TO APPLY?
You can apply for a water connection at our Operations Office located at Ramon Enerio Street, Poblacion 3, Tagbilaran City, back of Bohol Light Co., Inc. (BLCI) building through our Customer Service Clerk.
FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSITS:
New Installation – PhP 320.00
Transfer – PhP 170.00
Re-opening (applied) – PhP 170.00
Cost of materials/fittings including water meter. Material costs may be paid in full or by installment for three (3) months, however, a down payment equal to 50% of the total amount is required.
Guarantee deposit:
Residential – PhP 450.00
Commercial – PhP 1,600.00
Government – PhP 2,400.00
Institutional/Hospital- PhP 1,600.00
A) NEW CONNECTIONS
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Location sketch of the property
2. Proof of ownership of the property applied (building permit, land title, deed of sale)
3. Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) with signature or valid ID
4. Special Power of Attorney if applicant is not the owner
5. Lease contract / Affidavit of Consent from the owner if applicant is only a lessee
6. Affidavit of consent from lot owner when service pipes traverse a private property
7. New water meter will be issued by this office chargeable to costumers’ account
8. Excavation permits from City Engineering or DPWH whichever is applicable
9. Payment of fees
B. TRANSFER / REOPENNING OF SERVICE LINE (APPLIED)
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) with signature or valid ID
2. SPA if applicant is not the owner
3. Location sketch of the property
4. Existing meter will be recalibrated and will be replaced if found out to be defective
5. Payment
C. RECONNECTION of accounts disconnected due to delinquency
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Full settlement of outstanding accounts and payment of fees

D. DISCONNECTION : (applied )
REQUIREMENTS:

E. CHANGE OF NAME
