Survey results released by Bohol Poll 2026 showed that Bohol Water obtained an overwhelming majority of 93% from its subscribers in Tagbilaran City are satisfied with its services, while very few of 2% were dissatisfied resulting in a net Satisfaction Rating of +91.
Bohol Poll 2026 was presented to the public last April 24, 2026 by the HNU Center for Research and Publications at the HNU Educational Media Center, HNU Bldg, Janseen Heights, Dampas, Tagbilaran City. The presentation was attended by representatives from various sector in the society. One of the topics/questionnaires in the survey is the “Performance Rating of the Water Providers in Tagbilaran City,” where Bohol Water obtained a high satisfaction rating compared to other water providers operating in the City of Tagbilaran.
The survey results confirmed that consumers have truly experienced and benefited from the continuous improvements being implemented by Bohol Water, that include the following:
1. Development of additional water sources;
2. Regular preventive maintenance servicing (PMS) of pumping stations to ensure uninterrupted operations;
3. Replacement/revamp of old pipelines, as well as expansion program reaching remote areas within the service area;
4. District metering and campaign to reduce system losses; and
5. Other programs aimed at increasing water supply for consumers.
During the recent Tagbilaran City fiesta, Bohol Water consumers experienced sufficient and adequate water supply, in fact, in most areas, consumers experienced round the clock water service. Bohol Water’s commitment to its consumers is the continuous delivery of water not only during fiesta season but all throughout the year addressing the daily water needs of each consumers, except in cases of unscheduled power outages that will affect the pumping stations of the Company.
Bohol Water continues to strive for improvements in all aspects in the water utility system to meet the increasing water demand and ultimately, satisfaction of consumers not only because of surveys, but also the impact to individual customers who actually benefited the development implemented by Bohol Water.
