Please be informed that starting December 2010 billing, your water bill will become due on the 10th day from receipt of your billing statement.
Therefore, payments made after the due date shall be subjected to 2% monthly surcharge and accounts with two months delinquency will be subject to disconnection. Please pay on or before the specified due date to avoid penalties and disconnection of your service line.
